So... where do you think this is? I'll give you the following hints:
- There was some scattered ice in various places around the shore in this location.
- It felt much colder than it actually was.
- The building material for the lighthouse -- granite -- comes from a famous location about 7.5 miles away.
- The lighthouse has never been moved... and is still in operation today.
- The cannon in front of the lighthouse was actually used during the War of 1812 -- in that exact spot. By the lighthouse keeper. Defending this entire town. Against an entire British squadron of ships. All by himself.
