The cats are, in general, quite useless. Sometimes they eat bugs (in particular, cave crickets), but these pictures show what they are best at.

They are saved by the fact that they are quite amusing. They don't always get along (as a matter of fact, their relationship reminds me quite a bit of Jean and me while we were growing up - "how many buttons can I push?").

Not only do they make me happy on their own, they are a great source of some fun banter ("Kitty, she's mean to me!" "Your cat likes me better than you!").

So, today, I'm thankful for our pets.
