Sinking Creek Covered Bridge

It's been cloudy and rainy for last couple of days here in Virginia. It finally started to clear up a little bit today so I took a break and drove down to Newport but by the time I got there it was cloudy and overcast. So, I thought this would be another perfect time to use some texture.

There are only eight covered bridge left in Virginia and Sinking Creek Bridge is one of them. Built in 1916, it is a 70-foot span bridge also known as Clover Hollow Bridge.

I followed the similar steps from my previous post to blend HDR image with Texture. Below is the snapshots of my work flow.
Picture 1: Generated HDR image using detail enhancer option.
Picture 2: Used Topaz Adjust (trial version) to extract more details on the bridge and the rocks. Then added  Level and Curve layer on the whole image.
Picture 3: Blended grunge texture and made necessary adjustment.
Picture 4: I also applied some selective desaturation but I liked the way it was.

Here is another view of the bridge:

These picture were taken using a tripod at three exposures (0, -2, +2ev) at f9.5 at 17mm, ISO 100 with Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4.5. Then I used Photomatix to create a HDR image. Added finishing touch in Photoshop.
